‘Aunty Sima from Mumbai’ is back for Indian Matchmaking series 2, and she’s bringing all her sass with her.
The host of the popular Netflix series, Sima Taparia, is reuniting with some of her old clients and new ones as she jet-sets around the world to set up some dates.
As she drops off biodatas and gives out advice, she of course doesn’t hold back in some epic one-liners, and her digs at Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra-Jonas definitely haven’t gone unnoticed by fans.
In one scene, Sima claims the couple, who got married in 2018 and recently celebrated the arrival of their baby daughter, aren’t a ‘good match’.
When contestant Nadia Jagessar brings up age gaps, as she hints to Sima that she fancies a man seven-years-younger than her, Sima replies: ‘I don’t feel it’s a good match.’
She continues: ‘Sorry to tell you that. [Nick and Priyanka] have married, but it’s not a good match.

Jonas Brother Nick, 29, and Priyanka, 39, have a 10 year age gap.
In a different scene, Sima references the pair again, while trying to find a woman for businessman Akshay Dhumal.
Akshay lives in an agricultural district of India where women just don’t seem to be interested in moving, especially to work for his family’s company which involves poultry farming.
Speaking about why no one wants to move to Akshay’s area, Sima savagely comments: ‘Even if that was Nick Jonas, I don’t think Priyanka would shift to a chicken factory.’
‘Yo Sima Aunty a menace. She really came after Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas,’ one fan wrote.
Another penned: ‘Ok I can’t believe Sima aunty called Nick Jonas “petite” and Priyanka an “elder” come through season 2.’
Meanwhile, a third wrote: ‘Sima aunty taking the p**s out of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra is gold.’

Nick has previously laughed off the age-gap wile appearing on The Voice US as a guest judge.
When Kelly Clarkson joked his wife was a ‘decade older than him’, he wasted no time reminding her that he’s familiar with the age gap.
‘My wife is 37. It’s cool,’ the Jonas Brothers star hit back.
He makes a fair point, it is cool.
