Jason Momoa thinks he actually has a ‘dad bod’, and he wants to embrace it.
The Game of Thrones star recently underwent a hernia surgery, which he was discussing with James Corden on last night’s The Late Late Show.
The surgery occurred the night before the Oscars in March, which Jason still managed to attend.
But, one thing he hasn’t been able to do as normal is his fitness regime, and he’s actually embracing it.
When James asked if he had recovered yet, the 43-year-old replied: ‘All good. Not really doing sit-ups. Trying to keep that dad bod going for a little bit longer.’
James responded: ‘You can’t say you’ve got a dad bod You can’t. It’s not a dad bod!’
‘Well, I don’t want to do any more sit-ups!’ Jason, who has one daughter with ex Lisa Bonet, added.

According to the NHS, a hernia occurs when an internal organ pushes through a weak spot in muscles or tissue.
Last year, Jason revealed how much he suffers as an actor, talking about the new injuries he’s sustained while speaking about getting old.
This came after he had to get a surgery after scratching his cornea while shooting Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Jason stated: ‘I’m getting old, is what’s happening. I messed up my eyes. I just got something in it that kinda cut it up, and then I’ve gotta get surgery.
‘I have a hernia, I’ve got ribs out. I’m just getting beat up. But it’s going to be a great movie, you’re gonna love it.’

Ellen DeGeneres replied: ‘That’s a rough job you’ve got there. Every movie you’re on, you’re hurting yourself.’
He laughed in response, saying: ‘I just kinda give it. I love my job and I get a little too excited. The age thing. I’m an aging superhero now.’
The Late Late Show airs weeknights on CBS in the US.
