A Teletubbies reboot is officially coming to Netflix, with none other than Tituss Burgess narrating it.

That’s right, Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po are back, and fans cannot get enough of the news.

Announced today, a post shared to Netflix’s Twitter account read: ‘Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po are back! The Teletubbies — and new narrator Tituss Burgess — are coming to Netflix on November 14th!’

Tituss, best known for his role as Titus Andromedon on Netflix’s The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (and the meme that came from it), has scored five Primetime Emmy Award nominations, and features in the background of the new poster.

And while the Teletubbies themselves may not have aged, it’s no surprise there’s a different tubby sun (as the original Sun Baby is in her twenties…).

Of course, fans are pretty obsessed with the nostalgia returning.

‘My childhood is back we WON’, one wrote.

‘I can’t think of anyone I’d rather see narrate the Teletubbies this is amazingggg,’ someone else penned, while a third commented: ‘Idk why but I’m so excited.’

Another wrote: ‘Can we have an origin story of how they met, how they exist, why they have a television in their tummy, if anyone of them is gay or bi (I bet Tinky Winky is ace). I have so many question in mind for all my life.’

The Teletubbies haven’t been strangers to screens over the last year, after appearing on This Morning (were they actually spoke in full sentences and left Phillip Schofield entirely baffled) and reuniting with Simon Cowell for a truly unique Britain’s Got Talent performance.

Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po surprised the judges with a dynamic dance routine that sparked nostalgia for the live audience, as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations.

Some of the tracks they jammed to included the classic Lets do the Tubby, as well as Beyonce’s Single Ladies, Abba’s Gimme Gimme Gimme and even Best Song Ever by One Direction.

The audition saw Simon reunite with the quartet, who were one of his first signings back in 1997, when they worked together on their no. 1 hit Teletubbies Say ‘Eh-oh!, which has since become a popular household tune.

The Teletubbies first aired in 1997 and quickly became a national treasure, with the original series running until 2001 before a reboot was greenlit in 2014.

The Teletubbies return on November 14 to Netflix.
