It has been reported that Bam Margera has returned to rehab to continue his court-ordered programme.
The Jackass star was in a rehabilitation centre in Florida earlier this year, until he supposedly fled the facility in June, after he completed a full year of treatment in May.
The 42-year-old was later found by the Delray Beach police and the crisis intervention team, before returning voluntarily to rehab, TMZ reported at the time.
After these incidents, TMZ claims that Margera has been able to restructure his recovery programme with a judge, so that he no longer has to be an in-patient at the facility.
The new approach is said to let Margera be an outpatient with a strict set of guidelines so he can come into the facility to receive his treatment, but live off site.
It has been reported that the expectations from Margera will be the same as they were when he lived at the facility, that he remains sober, sees a psychiatrist and attends classes.

In June of this year, the actor was reported missing by his manager, after he decided to leave the treatment centre as he said he was unhappy there.
Margera’s time in and out of rehab has also affected his work life, as he claimed that he was fired from the cast of Jackass 4, as he did not take part in ‘contract-mandated rehab.’
At the time, he said: ‘My family – Jackass – has betrayed me, rejected me, abandoned me. Not all of them. I love all of them and they love me back. But specifically Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville.’
The actor said the co-founders of the franchise made him ‘walk on eggshells’ in production, before he was forced to leave the project.

He continued: ‘So I feel like my family has f**king done everything horrible to me and made me jump on hoops and walk-through eggshells – which is impossible – and strung me along like a f**king puppet to get the $5million I usually get when I make a movie with them because Jeff Tremaine and CKY has started it.’
In recent weeks, Margera appeared on his co-star’s Steve-O’s podcast, Wild Ride With Steve-O and revealed in hindsight he was ‘better off not being’ in the latest instalment, Jackass Forever.
‘Everything [was] meant for a reason, and I’m much better off not being in it,’ Margera said.
‘I’m happy to not be in it. I don’t want to do that anymore. I don’t want to be a part of it. I’m much happier without it.’
His co-star, Steve-O said that everyone loved and supported Margera, but couldn’t ‘enable or encourage’ him to ‘stay sick.’

‘Everyone bent over backwards to get you in the movie, and all you had to do was not get loaded,’ he said to Margera.
‘You’ve continued to get loaded, it’s that simple. We all love you every bit as much as we all say we do, but nobody who really loves you can enable or encourage you to stay sick.’
