The Great British Bake Off star Syabira has already made viewers giggle with a NSFW coconut cake.
Syabira is among the 2022 cast of 12 bakers trying their luck in the famous tent, vying to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith with their showstoppers.
Hosted by Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding, Syabira and her fellow amateur pastry chefs will be whittled down to find the ultimate Star Baker – and hopefully get a famous Paul Hollywood handshake on the way.

Aged 32, Syabira started her career as an agronomist in a plant breeding company in Malaysia.
When she left Malaysia for England, she made a red velvet cake as that was one of the last treats she shared with her friends before leaving.
She currently lives in London with her boyfriend, with whom she shares a passion for online gaming.

Syabira is from Malaysia and lived there until she moved to the UK to further her education.
She studied for a PHD in the plant science department at the University of Leicester before moving to London.
In the capital, Syabira works as a cardiovascular research associate at King’s College London.
Her specialty is ‘vascular science signalling.’
