We spoke to Jennifer to get the low down on her top tips for finding the perfect bra, plus the perfect places to buy bras from for those with a large chest.

Jennifer told Fabulous: “Size is the most important aspect of finding a comfortable bra.

“You can buy the best bra on the market but if you are wearing it in the wrong size it will still be uncomfortable.

“Most people wear a band size too large causing the band to ride up your back throughout the day.

“The band is the most supportive part of your bra so you really need to make sure you are in the correct size to have a comfortable fit.

“Common issues like straps digging into your shoulders, back pain, double boob, wires poking your skin can all be solved with the correct size.

“I would recommend finding an independent bra specialist near you to get fitted in person.

“Places like M&S or Victoria Secret are notoriously bad for incorrect fittings.

“You want to go somewhere that has a really large range of sizes and knows what they are talking about so you can find the best fit for you.

“Bravissimo is an excellent place to go in person in the UK and offers virtual fittings online too”.

Jennifer regularly buys her bras from Cosabella, Bravissimo, Curvy Kate and Boux Avenue.

She advised: “Once you find your accurate size then you can expand to different stores to find something you love.

“A personal favourite of mine for larger cup sizes is Cosabella because they have a great range of non wired bras in ‘curvy’ ‘super curvy’ and ‘ultra curvy’ ranges which are specifically designed for people with a proportionally larger cup size to their frame.

“The best for size ranges are Bravissimo and Curvy Kate – both of these go up to a K cup.

“Best for non-wired bras are Cosabella Curvy – the Super Curvy and Ultra Curvy Collections – these go up to H”.
