Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have been spotted arriving by boat to greet the new contestants of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The likes of Boy George, Love Island’s Olivia Attwood and the camp’s first ever royal Mike Tindall have arrived in Australia, ready to head into the jungle and take on some gory bushtucker trials.

Loose Women’s Charlene White, England Lioness Jill Scott and Celebrity Gogglebox star Babatunde Aleshe are also in the line-up, as the series heads back Down Under after two years filming in Wales.

This will be the show’s first series back in Australia since the pandemic hit, after the crew bid farewell to the beloved Gwrych Castle in North Wales.

Grinning upon their return, Ant and Dec were seen welcoming the celebs, waving from a boat as they rode to shore.

The pair were decked out in short sleeves and sunnies as they arrived on Australia’s Gold Coast – quite the change to the pouring weather they faced in Wales over the last two years.

Their arrival to meet the celebs comes after the pair were seen enjoying the Australian sunshine and relishing the calm before the storm.

The presenters, who recently scored their 21st consecutive National Television Award for best presenters, were walking barefoot, strolling across the Gold Coast sand.

Ant’s wife, Anne-Marie, whom he wed in 2021, joined them by the sea, holding her husband’s hand as they walked.

Dec’s wife of seven years, Ali, and their two children, Isla and Jack, are also in Australia having been snapped at the airport, but decided to forgo the beach trip.

Both Ant, 46, and Dec, 47, have shared how excited they are to be back filming in Australia, with Ant recently joking on The One Show: ‘You get a much better tan in New South Wales than you do Wales!’

However, Dec has also admitted being back in Australia is ‘stressful’ now as a dad, and he’s looking forward to some ‘family time’ in between filming.

‘We have got the family here, baby Jack. And Isla is here, we have got the whole gang,’ he said after landing.

Chris Moyles, Scarlette Douglas Owen Warner and Sue Cleaver complete the line-up of celebs this series, although it won’t be long before former health secretary Matt Hancock also joins them in the jungle.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns on Sunday November 6 at 9pm on ITV.
