WBC super featherweight champion Oscar Valdez is one of the most treacherous punchers of the time and doesn’t seem intimidated by any of his contemporaries. The 30-year-old Mexican boxer has earned enough accolades to call himself an elite. That said, Valdez is intrepid even outside the squared circle.

He was recently spotted spending some time with wildlife, where he fed an alligator bare-handed. It’s clearly not everyone’s move. However, Valdez did it with precision and left a lot of fans astonished. He came live on Instagram to showcase the stunt and displayed a day on his farm.

Starting from chameleons, turtles, horses, and parrots, the WBC champion went on to show his alligator. Oscar Valdez followed the giant reptile and dragged it out of the water by flexing a piece of meat. As the alligator came out, he threw the meat and watched the animal relish its food.

Still fresh from his sensational KO win over Miguel Berchelt, Valdez is already a big name in the combat world. Meanwhile, his uncanny stunts continue to grab attention off-canvas, slowly turning him into a household name.

Oscar Valdez- What’s next for the champ?

Hailing from Team Canelo, Valdez trains alongside Canelo Alvarez, Ryan Garcia, Andy Ruiz Jr., and many other specialists. Hence, he is a legitimate threat to the 130 lbs roster. However, the super featherweight unit has several more elites and Valdez might have to walk an extra mile in retaining his dominance.

The WBA 130 lbs belt is currently held by Gervonta Davis, and Jamel Herring holds the WBO title while the IBF slot is vacant. So, Valdez will have to cross paths with ‘Tank’ or ‘Semper Fi’ to unify the titles. Meanwhile, he will have his mandatory challengers.

Valdez will have to put his unbeaten record on the line alongside the world title every time he steps inside the ring. Boasting a record of 29-0 with 23 KOs included, the orthodox boxer is currently at the top-tier. And the level of his competition would seemingly keep increasing every day.
