Catherine Zeta-Jones makes a spookily sultry Morticia but the main event is Jenna Ortega, above, as daughter Wednesday, packed off to a peculiar boarding school where she soon makes a mark as the kookiest of the kooks.

Let’s say a cheery ola! to season six of this delicious tapas of a class-based Spanish saga, with Valentina Zenere, below. And, by ‘class-based’, we mean the friction between the rich and poor students at a swanky academy where the pupils frequently rub each other up the wrong way.

Luke Evans, above, is in tough-guy mode in this action thriller from Mark Boal. Evans plays Bambi, a battle-hardened special ops soldier who has to bury the hatchet with his brother-in-law, Prince (Michiel Huisman), when their scientist sister/wife Amber is kidnapped by rebels in Colombia. The dialogue drags its knuckles but there’s plenty of action here.
