Former The Apprentice star Navid Sole has shared he’s ‘proud’ to be a virgin at 27, and admitted he’s ‘no good’ at dates, as he’s set to return to our screens on Celebs Go Dating.
Navid missed out on Lord Alan Sugar’s investment in 2022, and before that, had appeared on BBC Three series Eating With My Ex where he was left ‘flabbergasted’ when his ‘ex-girlfriend’ told him she ‘never saw him as a boyfriend’.
He’s now on the hunt for a new relationship, but admits he’s ‘no good at dating’.
Navid said: ‘I have to be completely honest with you, it’s that the whole aspect of me being a virgin, obviously I’m very proud of it, don’t get me wrong.’
He added to The Sun that sometimes his confidence gets knocked because he feels the need to explain to his dates that he’s ‘inexperienced’ in case things head towards ‘the bedroom’.

‘I really don’t know what I have to do and sometimes that does knock my confidence down because I’m like, maybe I might not be good enough?’ he continued.
‘Or maybe that could be a let down by that person because maybe they might be scared, for them to make me lose my virginity, as the first person. Do you know what I mean? It’s a big responsibility.’
Navid added to the publication that he wants to ‘give his body to the right person’, and is looking for ‘something memorable’ when he loses his virginity.
Joining the likes of Laura Anderson, Pete Wicks and Sinitta on the Channel 4 show, as well as The Apprentice and Eating With My Ex, Navid is no stranger to reality TV.
He also appeared on the seventh season of Judge Rinder on ITV, and starred on Rich Kids Go Skint back in 2019.
Back in 2020, Navid was savagely dumped by Charlotte, who he thought he was in a relationship with for four years, only to find out that she did not ever see him in a romantic way.
‘I never saw you as a boyfriend,’ she brutally told him. ‘Nothing’s happened, nothing’s happening, nothing will ever happen because I don’t see you like that.’
‘I genuinely thought we were in a relationship,’ Navid responded.
‘It was four years of us going out twice a month,’ Charlotte explained. ‘We didn’t talk every day.’

‘I’ve not kissed you, we don’t hold hands, we don’t do anything,’ she pointed out. ‘I don’t see you like that anyway so nothing will ever happen.’
Speaking privately to the camera, Navid admitted: ‘I’m hurt but life is life, what can you say?’
Fingers crossed he has better luck on Celebs Go Dating…
Celebs Go Dating continues on Monday on E4 at 10pm and is available to watch on All 4.
