I was dress-coded at my Christian university for showing cleavage – they warned me about the ‘lustful eye of man’

A FORMER college student shared her experience being dress-coded on campus and people couldn’t believe it.

Anna, who goes by the TikTok handle @annatheedragon, uses her platform to call out her Christian college for their conservative rules and bigoted viewpoints, which she’s experienced first-hand.

In one TikTok video, Anna wrote: “How close are you to exposing your entire Christian college experience to the internet?”

A song from Princess and the Frog played, as Anna lip-synced along: “We’re getting closer and closer everyday, cause I’m almost there. I’m almost there.”

Shortly after, she started exposing her college for sexism, bigotry, racism, and more in several videos, while always using a comical tone.

While she doesn’t seem to have ever explicitly named her college, her replies to comments suggest that she attended Pensacola Christian College in Florida.

In one of her follow-up videos, Anna shared a story of getting dress-coded on campus before she graduated in 2019.

In it, Anna wore a cropped spaghetti-strap top with a criss-cross detail over her cleavage, which was still very covered up. This left her chest, shoulders, arms, and bit of her stomach exposed.

“POV: You get dress coded at Christian college by your dorm leader.”

Anna started recreating dialogue from the conversation from the point of view of her dorm leader.

“Hey girl, do you have a few moments? Please come with me,” she first said, as she put on a high-pitched voice and shimmied around.

“Hey girl, so I was just noticing your outfit and it is super adorable; however, it does look like you’re showing a little bit of cleavage and unfortunately, that is against school policy,” she continued.

Then she added: “I’m gonna have to ask you to go back to your room and change.”

She said that her dorm leader also asked for her name and student ID number so that they could report Anna to school authorities.

Then Anna broke into an accent mimicking an older, proper woman in a sing-song voice, saying: “The office can talk to you about the lustful eye of a man.”

She dramatically continued: “He will rampage your village, steal your chastity, and eat your butter.”

“Yes this exact thing happened,” she added in the caption.

While many people found her accent change hysterical, others pointed out their shock at the strict dress code.

“A DRESS CODE IN COLLEGE?? Hell naw. I’m Christian too but there’s NO WAY I’d let my school tell me how to dress,” someone commented.

People also shared similar experiences, with one writing: “Legit this happened to me but because my jeans had a hole in them.”

She had a comical take on the situation, but still thinks it was dramatic and shocking@annatheedragon/TikTok
