I tested the viral Skims bodysuit dupe to see if it was any good – I expected nothing, here’s how it went

Sophie said in a video online: “I have ordered the bodysuit from TikTok shop. It has been popping up on my feed constantly so I just ordered. I’ve got a size medium.”
Sophie said she was hoping the bodysuit would help her get into a pair of jeans which were too snug.
She said: “I am trying to get in these jeans. They do fit me-ish. They used to fit me a bit better but I have put on a couple of pounds so they are like just struggling to go up. “
Sophie said: “Right, they do fit. But I’ve got all of this [her stomach ] hanging over the top. Which doesn’t really look that nice.”
Sophie confessed she didn’t think the bodysuit was gonna work.
She said: “Okay so I’m putting this to the test because I don’t think it’s gonna work but it seems to work on everyone. I mean it’s tiny so I’m gonna put it on and see if we can get rid of this [her stomach hanging over her jeans].”
Sophie next showed viewers the bodysuit on to explain how it worked.
She said: “I’ve got it on. I don’t know how because this is a medium. Here [her chest] doesn’t feel too tight. Here [her stomach are] is very firm and very hard. It comes a little bit lower so it’s like a full knicker one and then here [[between her legs] it has a corset where you do it up.”
Next Sophie tried on her jeans with the bodysuit on.
She said: “Now I’m gonna get my jeans on. Okay let’s just see how they do up.”
