Fashion fan wrecks brand new £85 Ugg slippers with epic blunder – but everyone’s saying the same thing

A FASHION fan branded herself an idiot after wrecking her brand new Uggs with an epic blunder.

The woman sprayed her £85 slippers with a suede protector before realising her big mistake.

It was only after applying the protector to her grey footwear that she noticed she had used a black spray.

She took to the Hinch Army Cleaning Tips Facebook page to ask for advice on how to salvage the slippers.

She said: “SOS I have just been an idiot.

“I thought this was suede protector for my brand new Ugg slippers and it’s black.

“What do I do?”

And while she was looking for tips on how to restore her slippers to their original colour, everyone is saying they look great just as they are.

One social media user said: “Tbh if you can’t save this one, do the other one the same because it’s actually a nice colour.”

Another agreed: “May just be easier to spray both all over as the colour is nice and it will wear off eventually.”

A third wrote: “I actually quite like it.”

Meanwhile, a fourth added: “Just enjoy your new uniquely coloured Ugg slippers. Btw, I never protect mine and they are fine.”

Elsewhere, an eagle-eyed shopper has hailed an Ugg dupe as the “best thing ever” in Aldi’s middle aisles.

Megan Beaudry – originally from Canada but now living in Scotland – picked up her £4.99 fluffy slippers last week.

They are £95 cheaper than Ugg’s Fluff Yeah fluffy sandals and Meg says they will keep you just as cosy.
