Taylor Swift has proven beyond any doubt she’s a real romantic as she hid a secret tribute to boyfriend Joe Alwyn in her new music video.
The musician, 32, returned to the charts with a bang last year with new album Midnights landing Taylor yet another number one hit thanks to lead single Anti-Hero.
Taylor, who has won dozens of awards including Grammys for her songwriting skills, often focuses on relationships past and present for her tracks.
And having been with actor boyfriend Joe for seven years, and rumours of an engagement hanging over the couple for over a year now, he still appears to be the Tennessee native’s muse.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed a nod to Joe and Taylor’s relationship in the music video for one of her latest tracks, Lavender Haze.
The tribute was subtle, with only true Swifties who know both Taylor and Joe’s star signs, and what those constellations look like in the night sky, able to pick up on the secret Easter egg.

Released on Friday, Taylor’s brand new Lavender Haze video opens with the musician asleep and dreaming, while the camera pans around her room, at one point lingering on a vinyl of a record ‘Mastermind.’
The cover of the album shows the night sky, with two constellations lit up: Sagittarius and Pisces.
Taylor, born on December 13 1989, is a Sagittarius, while Joe, born February 21 1991, is a Pisces.

The blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment caused a stir online, as fans gushed over the sweet nod to Taylor’s beau, as the pair keep their relationship firmly out of the spotlight.
As the Swiftie fanbase moved to immediately dissect the atmospheric and dreamy music video, it was quickly pointed out that the couple’s constellations were visible on the Mastermind record.
A song which, incidentally, has lyrics about stars aligning for two lovers to find each other.
‘They’re meant to be,’ one fan wrote confidently on social media.
‘Something about Taylor seeing Joe as this celestial thing is so beautiful to me,’ another gushed.

Taylor and the Conversations With Friends actor were rumoured to have become engaged last year during a trip to Cornwall but chose to keep it quiet, with Taylor only wearing her ring ‘behind closed doors.’
However neither commented on the rumours.
The couple are intensely private, making only a handful of red carpet appearances together and very rarely speaking about each other in interviews.

In fact, the closest either got to responding to engagement rumours was Joe suggesting in April that ‘if the answer was yes, I wouldn’t say, and if the answer was no, I wouldn’t say.’
Explaining their decision to be private to British Vogue in 2018, Style singer Taylor said: ‘I’m aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully very private, and that has now sunk in for people… but I really prefer to talk about work.’
