I’m midsize – I tried on the same dress in different sizes to prove size does matter, but not in the way people think

A MIDSIZE girl has tried on the same dress in different sizes to prove that size does matter, but not in the way that you’d think.

Caitlyn, a mom to two children, shared the outfit try-on with her TikTok followers.

She tried on the same paint-splattered abstract dress but one hugged her body, while the other made her look larger than she actually was.

“Just a reminder that size does matter,” she said in the video.

“Same dress, both fit, one is flattering, one is NOT.

“Look how much happier I am at the end,” she added.

People took to the comments to share their thoughts.

“I have had to train myself to try a size up and down to see which looks best!” agreed one commenter.

“Finally learned this in my 30s,” said another.

“The smallest size is not always the best.”

“Perfectly demonstrated!” said a third.

“You look amazing in that dress, so fresh!”

“Fr (for real) honestly, it took me way too long to figure out my body dysphoria was being fueled by the fact all my clothes were way too big for me,” agreed a fourth.

She found that size does, in fact, matterTikTok/mummacaitlyn
