The anonymous woman was thrilled as she revealed she saved hundreds of pounds.

She wrote: “Matalan Haul! Must have saved £100’s!

“A few rails full of children’s clothes that were under £1 and £2! Right place at the right time.”

The mum then went on to list each item of clothing she got, the full price of each item, and what she bagged them for.

She added: “*Some of the original prices below are based on sets, as some were missing these were sold as “part of a set”, but still massively cheaper than half price.*”

Some of her best buys included school trousers reduced to 18p from £6, a Californian shirt for 93p instead of £12, and two sports bras reduced from £5 to £1.

The mum also picked up a bunch of Disney clothes for her children including a Disney girls club top and shorts for 86p, and a Best Friends Disney set for £1.81.

She also managed to find some Bambi slippers reduced from £9 to £2.50.

School shoes were also picked up – the mum got three pairs all reduced to £4.

One pair had bow details, another had unicorns, and the final pair had Minnie Mouse embellishments.

People in the group were stunned by the number of bargains she picked up.

Many took to the comments to praise the mum for her bargain haul.

One wrote: “Well done it’s great when you get lucky like that.”

Another person commented: “Great haul!”

“Well done,” penned a third.

Meanwhile, a fourth added: “Fantastic.”
