‘You Big Ugly Dosser’- Tyson Fury Calls Out Francis Ngannou for a Blockbuster Fight

WBC undisputed champion Tyson Fury took to social media and sent a clear-cut message to UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou. ‘The Gypsy King’ is circling around the biggest fight of his career thus far against Anthony Joshua in the ring. However, Fury who has a good pulse on the combat sports world as a whole has turned his attention towards Ngannou.

Ever since ‘The Predator’ captured UFC gold for the first time at UFC 260, he’s been recognized as a potential star. Francis Ngannou has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with, and he’s got nuclear levels of punching power. However, there’s no questioning Fury’s stand-up prowess, especially after he dismantled Deontay Wilder, a famed power puncher.

Tyson Fury: The conqueror of combat sports?

‘The Gypsy King left no doubt that he wanted to prove his supremacy across combat sports by defeating the active heavyweight champion. Fans have come to expect a flashy call-out style by Fury and he certainly didn’t fail to deliver. Chiefly, this isn’t the first time he’s taken aim at UFC fighters and it will unlikely be the last either.

“This is a message to Francis Ngannou and the UFC guys. You want some of this Gypsy King money? You know where to come and find it. You want some of this Gypsy King power? I’ll give it to you any time, any place and where, seven days a week a twice on a Sunday. You big ugly dosser.”

Francis Ngannou acknowledged Tyson Fury’s recent call-out and sent a concise response via Twitter. He made it know that a bout against Fury is something that’s up for consideration, however, Ngannou’s priority remains the UFC. He’s keen to scrap against Jon Jones, who is primed for his heavyweight debut and only then will look ahead.

Tyson Fury is no stranger to taking on opponents with concussive KO power, with Wilder being the best example. Ngannou is arguably the hardest hitter in the UFC, contested only by Derrick Lewis, who also has ferocious power. There will definitely be interest in their fight, however, there are currently some logistical issues in making it work.
