Sunday night’s annual Screen Actors Guild (Sag) Awards were full of all the emotion, glamour, and shock we’ve come to expect from the yearly awards season.
There was an emotional moment for Brendan Fraser, whose speech saw him fighting back the tears after returning to Hollywood after years away.
Fraser, 54, was up for the outstanding performance by a male actor award after his latest film The Whale, which co-starred Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink.
And the waterworks continued as Everything Everywhere All at Once co-stars Michelle Yeoh and Jamie-Lee Curtis shared a record-breaking night – and a kiss -for the film.
Zendaya wowed on the red carpet, a big nominee left empty-handed, and it ended up being a big night for actors whose first names begin with J.
Meanwhile, Anchorman star Christina Applegate revealed that, as a result of being diagnosed with MS, the 2023 ceremony may be her last as an actor.

And, of course, it wouldn’t be an awards evening if one celebrity didn’t trip over walking up the stairs, which is exactly what happened to Jessica Chastain.
Chastain, 45, who was up for best female actor in a TV series, also paid tribute to late actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who died in 2014 aged just 46.
So, who else won at this years Screen Actors Guild awards?
