Avi Sharma became Lord Alan Sugar’s latest fired candidate on The Apprentice, after a task which left his skin – quite literally – green.
With a shock double firing, the 24-year-old became the latest victim of the boardroom, and has now reflected on his experience over the weeks.
‘I got more than I expected really,’ Avi exclusively told Metro.co.uk.
‘I laughed a lot, and I learned a lot which is the most important thing.’
However, he wishes he had taken parts of the process ‘more seriously’.
When asked if he had any regrets, he said: ‘I wish I’d taken it a bit more seriously, but then at the same time, I’m happy my personality was able to come through.
‘No real regrets, to be honest.’
Despite not lasting till the very end, Avi certainly left an impression on viewers.

Talking about the online reaction, he told us: ‘I’m a very thick-skinned person, and if people are mean to me, I find it really funny.
‘I find the whole Twitter and TikTok experience hilarious.
‘When you watch the show, you think about what the reaction is going to be and I never was afraid to look badly because I knew it would create some funny moments.
‘So yeah, I’ve laughed a lot’.

Avi certainly provided viewers with entertainment too, after last week’s task saw him spanked by Marnie Swindells during a Victorian-themed day.
However, there were plenty of behind-the-scenes moments too that sparked laughter between the contestants.

In taxis, Marnie, Rochelle Anthony and Avi ‘formed a band’ and would ‘perform music’.
‘Unlike myself, they were real divas in the taxi, trying to out compete each other,’ he joked.
The Apprentice airs Thursdays at 9pm on BBC One.
