Sharon Stone has paid tribute to her brother, Patrick Stone, who died two months ago aged 57.
The 65-year-old actress took to social media to mark the sad anniversary of her brother’s death with a gorgeous reel documenting happier times.
In it, Sharon and Patrick can be seen enjoying a day out at the beach with their family in a heartbreaking montage from April 2016.
Commenting on the post, the Basic Instinct star wrote: ‘Thinking of my bro and days gone by 🥰 ❣️’.
‘Our loved ones are never truly gone as long as we hold a remembrance of them in our hearts. ❤️,’ one fan wrote, while another shared in Sharon’s loss: ‘❤️ ❤️ I miss mine every second of day. I am sorry you know the pain.’
This comes just two years after Patrick’s 11-month-old son River died, adding to more heartbreak for the Hollywood star and her mourning family.

It was reported that Patrick’s death had been ruled a sudden cardiac arrest due to heart disease.
Paying tribute to her late sibling at the time in a teary video confirming his death, Sharon said: ‘Hello everybody. This message is to confirm that yes we did lose my brother, Patrick Joseph Stone to a heart attack yesterday.’
‘Yes he is the man who was the father to River, who we lost last year at 11 months old. He is survived by his wife Tasha and his son Hunter and his daughter Kaylee.

‘Like any family, we thank you for your love and support in this time of immeasurable grief and we appreciate all of your condolences.’
The star continued to say her family has been through a ‘tremendous amount of loss in these last couple of years as so many of you also have’.

In bits, she added: ‘I thank you very much for the love and support that you’re showing us, and we just ask you to continue to be kind. Thank you.’
At Patrick’s passing, his wife Tasha Stone said that it felt as though her heart had been ‘ripped out of her chest’.
