I compared Skims Swim and Kylie Swim side-by-side – there was a clear winner for both support and coverage

ONE obsessed shopper has put Kardashian swimwear to the test to see which sister’s brand is worth it.

Out of Skims Swim and Kylie Swim, she found one to be better in support and coverage.

Mia Maples (@MiaMaples) has reviewed many swimsuit options to help her viewers find what’s worth the splurge.

In her recent video, she highlighted her likes and dislikes about Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s bathing suit options.

Mia clarified she was “not in favor” of either brand but wanted to give an honest comparison.

She proceeded to show a side-by-side comparison of a bikini from Skims and one from Kylie Swim.

To start, the Kylie Swim bags are not biodegradable like the Skims ones are.

Mia held up the gold $48 Metallic Swim Dipped Mid Waist Bottoms from Skims to show how they were double-layered.

She admitted that having the extra layer of fabric is “crucial.”

“Kylie Swim is not lined. It’s one thin layer, and if you look close, it’s see-through,” Mia said.

Kylie’s bottoms were smaller in width compared to Skims.

This meant Skims swimwear provided more coverage for the intimate areas.

Mia lined up the seams of both bottoms, and the Kylie Swim option was half the size in the crotch.

Both options had loose seams sticking out inside, but Kylie’s had more.

Viewers commented their opinions on which Kardashian brand they preferred.

“Honestly, I think Skims could be so much better if it was not metallic. I don’t really think there is any saving Kylie’s though,” a blunt woman remarked.

Another YouTube user agreed: “I feel like Kylie swim was a prank.”

A harsh critic wrote: “I wouldn’t waste my money on anything associated with a Kardashian!!”

“Neither. Go to Target or Walmart, or somewhere else online for swimwear,” one shopper suggested.
