Antiques Roadshow: Who are the experts on the show?

Week on week the Antiques Roadshow experts wow us with their knowledge as members of the public present them with all kinds of unique objects.

They also deliver a fair few shocks with their valuations which are regularly higher than anyone was expecting.

It’s clear how passionate they are about their chosen field in the antique world with expert Mark Smith moved to tears in a special episode about the Battle of Britain and the Blitz.

Thanks to them we come away each Sunday night feeling a little more clued up about everything from sculptures to cigarette holders and paintings to plates.

They never know will be brought to them on any episode, so luckily there’s an expert for pretty much everything.

So are the fountains of knowledge on the Antiques Roadshow?
