Love Island’s Maura Higgins ‘shaken up’ and tightening security after ‘chilling’ raid on home by masked men-Tori Brazier-Entertainment – Metro
The star is said to have shared that she ‘no longer feels safe’.

Love Island star Maura Higgins is said to be upping security measures surrounding her home after being ‘shaken up’ following an attempted raid by masked men.
The 32-year-old model and influencer has reportedly made the changes after a group of three masked men attempted to break into her complex to steal vehicles.
The would-be thieves were apparently successful in managing to shake and push down one of the gates to her Essex home, forcing entry in order to start trying to steal a number of vehicles.
An insider revealed: ‘Neighbours caught it all on CCTV and it was chilling to see three masked men ram through the gates and start trying to break into cars.
‘Maura has lived in her gated community for three years and said she no longer feels safe.’
They added to The Sun: ‘There are a number of high-profile names in that complex and living in that area. It is worrying for everyone, including Maura.’

It was reported to have occurred in the early hours of last Wednesday morning, with the source also telling the publication that the star is subsequently ‘upping security on her car and at her home’.
Maura rose to fame as a bombshell entrant to the villa on Love Island in 2019, the same year that her now close pal Molly-Mae Hague appeared, as well as her partner Tommy Fury, Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.

In February, it was reported that show bosses have their sights set on Maura alongside Sophie Piper from the first winter series, and series two star Kady McDermott for a special Love Island All Stars series, set to air next year.
According to reports, other previous contestants mentioned are at the top of the wish list include series three winner Kem Cetinay and series two star Scott Thomas.

Molly-Mae and Maura managed to accidentally bump into each other on Friday – Molly’s 24th birthday – at the same restaurant in London.
Sharing a beaming photo of the pair of them, the mum-of-one wrote: ‘What are the chances of my lady coming to the same restaurant tonight getting sat right behind me?’
