I ordered a $1000 skirt – I couldn’t even sit or walk, it barely covered my cheeks

ONE fashion fan regrets her recent designer purchase after realizing it was not practical for everyday wear.

Her $1,000 skirt barely covered her cheeks and rode up when she walked.

Style influencer Brigette posted a video of her testing out a $1000 designer skirtTikTok/ acquiredstyle

Brigette (@acquiredstyle) may have thought the item was worth it, but now the love is lost.

She posted a video of her testing the usability of the designer piece.

And the results were disappointing, at least when worn on the bottom.

For $100 on a rental app, Brigette bought the famous $1,000 Diesel Berny distressed-leather mini skirt.

The style lover had been intrigued by the expensive piece and was enticed by the discounted price.

“When you get a $1,000 skirt and you can’t even sit or walk in it,” she said.

Brigette teamed the wrap skirt with a black tank top and boots.

Luckily, she wore black biker shorts underneath the item because every time she walked, it would ride up.

Even when she sat, the material wouldn’t stay.

The skirt barely covered her behind when she stood still too.

Brigette was thankful she didn’t pay the retail price.

Viewers were stunned by the impracticality of the designer item.

“What the hell?” an awed individual commented.

Another shocked TikTok user wrote: “And that’s why you shouldn’t buy everything on the internet.”

One helpful person suggested: “Wear something made out of a thin material and put it on top.”

“Trying it as a top next, and then I’m done, lol,” Brigette admitted.

In a later video, the shopper styled the skirt as a shirt with a pair of jeans and liked it a lot better.

She couldn’t sit in the skirt without it riding up, and it barely covered her butt when she wasn’t movingTikTok/ acquiredstyle

Thankfully, she only spent $100 to rent the skirt because she couldn’t walk in it eitherTikTok/ acquiredstyle
