But she made a very funny observation about the people she’d seen dressed in high-street clothes on her flight over.

Taking to TikTok in a viral video, Kelly joked that she’d seen the same people looking a million dollars three days after arriving.

“My favourite thing about coming to Turkey on holiday is that you fly out of Gatwick with a group of people,” she started.

“And they’ll be wearing Slazenger socks, Adidas sliders, maybe a Diadora tracksuit.

“Three days into the holiday, you see those same people and they are dripping, I mean dripping, in designer gear.

“I’m talking Balenciaga, Prada, Gucci. They’re rocking an Hermes belt.

“They come into dinner with a massive bright thing on their wrist. The wife’s got a quilted Chanel.

“I mean, Barry, it’s been three days mate.

“Barry’s not only coming home with a tan, he’s coming home with two Patek Philippe watches and a pair of Prada shoes.

“I mean, what more can you want from a holiday?”

Kelly’s video tickled a number of holidaymakers who had noticed the exact same thing on their travels to Turkey.

People dubbed her take as “brilliant” and “hilarious”.

“It’s so funny to feel rich for a few days,” one person said.

“Always the flight back home is the best,” another weighed in. “It’s a catwalk.”

“Can’t wait for my holiday to Turkey in September for this very reason,” a third laughed.

Kelly’s video has raked in almost four million views, with thousands of Brits taking to the comments to laugh about how much Brits love buying knock-off fashion abroad.

According to a 2021 report by the European Union‘s intellectual property office, the value of counterfeit goods from Turkey tripled from 2019 to 2020.

The Turkish market was also valued around £115 million, showing how much of a big player it is in the fake fashion industry.
