I’m an elegance expert & here’s 5 bikinis that make you look super tacky – chic women will never wear them

PICKING a summer swimsuit just got harder as an elegance expert claims five types make us look tacky.

Pro étiquette coach Amira Bessette has warned ladies against wearing some of the trendiest swimsuits in the shops, as elegant women would never wear them.

In a short clip, she wags her finger at the camera and says: “Five types of swimwear elegant women never wear.”

Neon swimwear is officially banned by the pro, despite the shelves of Primark being filled with vibrant pink, yellow and green.

The style might stand out from the crowd, but Amira suggests there’s nothing worse than looking like a highlighter pen.

If you’re savvy on social media, you’re bound to have seen the reverse cup swimwear trend.

Ladies are turning their bikinis upside down and tying the bottom string around their necks, crossing the material over their chests.

Amira claims this is an absolute fail if you want to look classy.

Next up is swimwear with cut outs.

Aside from the questionable sun tan pattern you’ll have etched across your body, Amira suggests that showing off skin is super tacky, and elegant women can look sexy while keeping their dignity intact.

Everyone loves accessorising on the beach, but the expert claims jazzing up bikinis and swimsuits screams tacky.

If you’re shopping for a new cossie, avoid any items with chains and charms. Instead, go for a simple style without any jazzy elements.

Amira’s final swimwear on the banned list is low quality white costumes.

While white can look super classy, a low quality bikini, or a white swimsuit with cut out elements, will certainly not turn heads.

If you’re set on a white swimsuit, it looks like you’ll have to shell out more money on a designer garment to stay classy by the pool.

Amira’s advice has not been taken well by her TikTok followers who’ve raised some valid points.

One user asked: “What should we wear?”

A second piped up: “I think chains are very feminine.”

A third commented: “I’m not gonna be elegant this summer.”

And a fourth replied: “Ok but what types of swimwear should I get and where do I find it?”
