The Brit Awards are one of the biggest nights in music, and while all eyes may be on the red carpet and the performances, all of the nominees are hoping to get their hands on one of the coveted awards.

With the show having been pushed back from February to May due to the coronavirus pandemic, Tuesday’s show was allowed to take place in front of an audience of 4000 as part of government-led research into restarting large-scale live events safely.

The lucky people who managed to get tickets to the show – including 2,500 front line workers who were given tickets as part of a ballot – were able to see some of the biggest stars in music collect their awards at London’s O2.

Little Mix made history as the first female winners of the British group award, thanking former bandmate Jesy Nelson for her time with the band in their acceptance speech.
