In fact, one influencer has said Poundland has channelled H&M, as she gave her social media followers a tour of the products currently flying off of shelves.

TikToker Ashleigh Money Saver, aka @ashleighmoneysaver, said she had been out browsing in her local store and was blown away by the choice.

In the caption to her video, she wrote: “Summer fashion at Poundland is SO GOOD!

“I was getting H&M vibes today and the prices are so affordable too.”

She then picked out some of her favourites, as she revealed the cheap price tags.

First, Ashleigh pointed out the brightly coloured cycling sets, which can be nabbed for £6 for the top and shorts for £5.

She then continued to highlight the holiday section, including a pink zebra print beach dress, as she said: “There’s loads of beach cover-up dresses from £7, like this one.

“I love this one, it’d be great on holiday for just chucking over your swimming costume or your bikini.”

Up next, was an orange and white gingham checked top for £6, a £20 pair of dungarees, a logo T-shirt for £6, a bright blue maxi dress for £16, and a pair of light denim jeans with a pretty floral print for £18.

Many of her 142.7k followers were quick to shout about their purchases and how happy they’d been with them.

One commented: “I got that neon cycling set… I absolutely LOVE it.”

Another added: “I find their clothes better than Primark – getting expensive.”

However, some were quick to warn her about one of the items she’d pointed out, as they said they had bought them and immediately regretted their decision.

One person commented: “I bought these sandals – they were made by the devil.”

They added of the Birkenstock dupe: “So uncomfortable.”
