I ordered dresses from Temu for my honeymoon… the sizing was a mess & one frock made me look ready for Easter Sunday

A TEMU shopper was mortified after her cute outfits for the honeymoon ahead ended up a total fail.

Temu – one of the latest budget-friendly shopping apps has now finally launched in the UK. But one customer, bride Madison, from Texas, sadly, did not have the best experience with the site.

According to the ”wannabe socialite”, her haul with the company ended up an epic fail, after she was trying to replenish her wardrobe in time for her honeymoon.

Although many customers had praised Temu for their speedy delivery, Madison revealed that she had been waiting for her package for a hot minute.

After removing the garments from the plastic bags, the shopper immediately noted that the quality was on the poorer side.

”Quality-wise, I’m keeping my hopes very low on this one.

”I guess I should’ve known – but I was hoping for better.”

What’s more, as she soon came to learn the hard way, the sizing was also all over the place, with dresses and skirt running too big.

For instance, as Madison demonstrated in her video, the blue maxi skirt she had nabbed for a bargain deal was ill-fitting and too loose around her waist.

”I believe this is XL and I could’ve definitely gone down a Large.

”Might just have to return everything at this point.”

Unfortunately, this indeed may be the case, as the next item – a milkmaid-style dress in green – was also a disaster.

Posing with the frock, which yet again was not hugging her body properly, Madison chuckled: ”Just call me Little House on the Prairie, why don’t you.

”I even looked at the measurements online and I thought this was gonna be my size and it’s clearly not.”

Completely stressed and frustrated at the mega fail, she then jumped into the following outfit – a strappy midi dress in red with white polka dots.

”Nope, just no. Just no. Just no,” Madison was mortified by the unflattering fit.

The final number – a white maxi dress with a floral pattern – was, unfortunately, yet another mess.

”I should’ve just worn this on Easter Sunday and I don’t even do Easter. I’m Jewish.

”I am short out of luck now.”

Desperate for help, the bride urged fellow fashionistas to share their recommendations.

”Well this was a total fail….Temu done me dirty….if y’all have suggestions on where to shop, let me know!!”

According to the customer, she had checked the sizing chart – but the dresses still arrived far too bigTiktok – @madleyunhinged
