Taylor Lautner fuels Swiftie speculation by sharing Grammy Museum’s cryptic Taylor Swift post-Danni Scott-Entertainment – Metro

We all know by now that Taylor Swift likes to drop hints and leave clues for fans and it seems even the Grammys are in on it – with Taylor Lautner also playing games.

Swifties have been steadily losing their minds as Taylor appears to be building towards an announcement of some kind, possibly another re-release.

While the Begin Again singer has been generously giving her tour employees a large bonus, her fans have been devouring every post and rumour to discover what her next steps will be.

After firmly cementing himself as the ‘best ex’ by joining the 33-year-old on tour for her Speak Now re-release, Taylor Lautner has been stoking the Swiftie fires.

He shared an already cryptic post from the Grammy Museum on his story – driving fans insane by adding the shush emoji.

The picture was a shot from her I Can See You music video, which looks over the shoulders of ‘boy Taylor’ and Joey King as they reach the vault in which the Electric Touch singer is trapped.

Grammy Museum helpfully captioned the picture with two emojis – a museum and a lock.

Fans have gone into overdrive trying to work out what this could possibly mean – with one prominent theory seeming to make some sense.

One wrote: ‘Taylor Lautner knows something…’

‘The vault is opening…. Something’s coming out of those museum archives. 👀,’ said another.

Taylor has been steadily moving through her albums, re-recording and releasing a ‘Taylor’s Version’ for those originally recorded under Scooter Braun and Big Machine Records.

So far Fearless, Red and Speak Now have been re-released, with Reputation, 1989 and her debut self-titled album left to go.

The August singer changed her social media era back to Midnights from Speak Now, raising suspicions from her fans because Miss Swift does everything for a reason.

One major clue came from the SoFi Stadium as Los Angeles prepares to welcome Taylor for her last location on the US tour.

A picture tweeted by the stadium showed a lifeguard hut with 1989 (Taylor’s Version) written on the side – this is the least cryptic Taylor has ever been so fans are wondering if there is more to this upcoming announcement.

The Grammy’s post, pushed by the Twilight star, only solidified this theory as the last time she was at the Grammy Museum was to perform 1989, back in 2016.

So it’s all but confirmed – we’re getting 1989 TV?

Unfortunately, it’s not quite so cut and dry as Taylor tweeted on August first: ‘Get in the car it’s August’.

This has divided fans as some believe ‘get in the car’ is a reference to Reputation song Getaway Car.

Others think this is another 1989 hint as during the I Can See You music video, Taylor jumps in a van, which speeds off – past a sign which appears to read 1989.

We’re pretty convinced we’re getting 1989 Taylor’s Version and Swifties think they’ve worked out when exactly she will make an announcement.

Only 3 more days until @taylorswift13. We are so excited to welcome her to Los Angeles: (Taylor’s Version).🤩🏙️#TSTheErasTour #LATSTheErasTour pic.twitter.com/CmSoWeqBM3— SoFi Stadium (@SoFiStadium) July 31, 2023

Her last date in LA is August 9, which in American formatting reads ‘8/9’, the last numbers of 1989.

Another theory suggests instead it will be August 8 due to the blue colouring on the date on her Eras Tour poster – blue being the chosen colour for that album.

For UK fans don’t despair about missing big announcements live as this could mean a whole new setlist with vault tracks and re-released songs for international dates.

Whatever it is, there’s no question that Taylor Swift has something up her sleeve and SoFi Stadium could be ground zero for another swiftiequake – we can’t wait!
