Shotzi has given WWE fans their first official look at her new style after shaving her head in tribute to her sister.

The 31-year-old wrestler recently shaved off her signature green locks amid her ongoing rivalry with Damage CTRL duo Bayley and Iyo Sky, and on Friday Night SmackDown viewers saw the new look in full for the first time.

There is an emotional real life reason for the drastic change as Shotzi is showing solidarity with her sister, who has been battling cancer for months now and is facing a hepatectomy, while going through chemotherapy.

On screen, the popular star shaved off her hair after Bayley cut a chunk out of it – which she’s been carrying round in Iyo’s Money In The Bank briefcase – during a backstage altercation.

During this week’s episode of SmackDown, Shotzi ambushed Damage CTRL in an attempt to cut Bayley’s hair in retaliation for her actions.

She had been hiding under the ring as the duo appeared as guests on The Grayson Waller Effect, after the host jokingly pretended she had crashed the interview.

Then, her music hit and it looked like she had come out on her trademark tank, only for Shotzi to be standing in the ring behind her rivals.

Bayley was terrified as her foe tried to cut her hair, and it turned out the ‘other Shotzi’ on the ramp was actually Zelina Vega in disguise, with Zelina and Iyo thengoing at it in the ring.

However, their match ended after a distraction when Bayley and Shotzi brawled onto the stage, leaving Iyo’s attention split and costing her the win.

Shotzi previously revealed the heartfelt meaning behind her new hairstyle after giving fans a hint at the image overhaul in a video package last month.

‘I love you sister! You are my inspiration,’ she wrote on Instagram at the time, while there is a GoFundMe set up to help with treatment.
