Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan unveil dream mansion worth £3.5m in lavish party complete with penis-shaped balloons-Tori Brazier-Entertainment – Metro

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have finally finished building their £3.5million Essex mansion after more than three years of work.

The former Towie star, 36, and his actress wife, also 36, have been taking their followers along on the journey as they build their dream home from scratch, thanks to social media.

Along the way, we’ve seen topless gardening courtesy of Mark, a full 16 cushions on their luxurious sofa, their sleek, bespoke kitchen and bathroom –  and even reports of a whopping £30,000 bill after damage thanks to bad weather.

However, it was pal and Mark’s former co-star James Argent who revealed that the labour of love was finally complete as he posted pictures from the pair’s housewarming party on Sunday.

James, 35, also revealed what the Georgian-style house has been dubbed as he showed off a sign reading ‘Marchella’ on the back of the house, above the central French windows.

Posing alongside the couple in separate pictures, he wrote: ‘Congratulations to my lovely friends Mark & Michelle for finally completing your dream Home. I am so proud of you & I love ya both to pieces ❤️’

‘I had so much fun performing with my @theargband at the House Warming party today 🎸
#marchella,’ he added.

A short clip of his set – without sound, sadly – was also added, showing off the plentiful number of guests at the party, enjoying drinks around the stunning pool.

The house was also festooned with streams of white balloons for the occasion, and that is very much what was drawing the eye of fans.

‘Anyone else see the penis shaped balloon in the background or is it just me?’ asked one social media user, and it turns out many agreed.

For yes, in the far-left window of the house’s middle floor on the central façade there was a very… specific shape being formed by the balloon arrangement.

‘The 🍆 balloons just took my attention straight away 😂,’ admitted another person, while someone else posted: ‘Lush. Call me childish, but they’ve got a penis balloon erected from the window. 😂’

‘Here for the penis balloon comments 😂,’ shared another fan.

Earlier this month, Mark shared a video of an absolutely massive truck pulling into their drive, filled to the brim with all sorts of plants which were then carried into the house, set to the dulcet tones of Santa Claus is Coming To Town.

It comes after the reality star proudly showed off that his newly-planted grass is beginning to grow, describing it as ‘the most exciting day I’ve had in six weeks.’

In a video showing their expansive garden nestled in the countryside, he was fizzing with excitement as he declared: ‘The grass is growing. I cannot tell you how much of a buzz this is.’
