Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua Faces Another Problem – Fury Ordered to Face Deontay Wilder Next

A couple of days back, the undisputed heavyweight title clash between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua put the boxing fans in a frenzy. This matchup was in contention for a long time. And after much rigmarole, this bout got set for August 14 in Saudi Arabia. But, now it seems the ex-WBC heavyweight champ, Deontay Wilder, will pour cold water on the Fury vs Joshua clash.

The pair fought each other in February 2020, and the Alabama native was eager to book a trilogy with the Brit. In fact, this trilogy was getting staged for July 2020, but the ongoing global pandemic derailed the possibilities of this bout.

Wilder’s team sought to move this fight for 2021, but ‘The Gypsy King’ already had pre-decided plans to fight for the undisputed title. That said, Wilder’s team proceeded with this matter legally and the decision arrived in favor of ‘The Bronze Bomber’.

Moving further, the arbitrator has even asserted Wilder vs Fury trilogy should take place anyhow by September 15, 2021.

In February 2020, the pair locked horns with each other in a massive setting. Here, ‘The Gypsy King’ gave Deontay Wilder the beating of his life and handed over the latter his first career loss. Moreover, he didn’t let Wilder win a single second of this clash, thus securing a gratifying win subsequently.

Ever since then, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ didn’t step inside the ring because his sole aim was to touch gloves with Fury again. Considering that, the colossal future of the Fury vs Joshua showdown seems to be in abrupt danger as the Alabama native has played his cards to come right on top.
