Naomi Campbell ‘living with secret boyfriend in America’ as model, 50, welcomes her first child
Naomi Campbell is in a bubble of love right now as not only has she welcomed a daughter, making her a mum for the first time, but she is reportedly in a secret relationship and ‘really happy’.
The model, aged 50, announced her baby news on Tuesday with a picture of her little girl’s feet but did not reveal anything about the baby’s father or her own love life.
However a source claimed to The Sun that the fashion icon is loved up and has been living with her boyfriend in America.
They said: ‘Naomi has really mellowed in the past year and is in a wonderful place in life.
‘She has been living in America with her boyfriend and is really happy. It finally felt like the perfect time to become a mother and she is over the moon.’
The source added that she is ‘mellowed’ over the last year and has been ‘prioritising the things in her life that make her happy’.
Her relationships have been highly publicised in the past but in a November 2019 interview with The Guardian she confessed she was ‘in love’, and the person was not famous.
When asked if she is ‘in love at the moment’, she replied: ‘Yes [it’s] f*g hectic! And it’s actually not someone that you know, but my heart…my heart is happy.
‘I love a lot of people for different reasons. And the other thing that’s taken me a while to understand in my growing up is that you have to accept and love yourself first, and not be validated by someone else.’
It comes after Naomi, in her first appearance since announcing the big news, said on her YouTube show that lockdown has allowed time for ‘reflection’.
The star made no reference to her baby joy in the video, in which she interviewed designer Diane von Furstenberg.
However in the live chat during the video premiere, she commented: ‘Hello my darlings, thank you so much for the pre birthday wishes …and for my new chapter as a mother I’m honoured and humbled,’ then added three heart emoji and a praying hands emoji.
A string of celebrities, such as Skepta and Liam Payne, have been lucky enough to be linked to Naomi over the years. However she has never addressed anything herself.
Leonardo DiCaprio (1995)
We all know how much Leo loves a model, so it’s no surprise he was linked to Naomi in the mid-nineties. The pair were said to have enjoyed a brief fling but it didn’t last very long and quickly fizzled out.
Flavio Briatore (1998-2002)
Naomi dated the Benetton boss for two years but it didn’t end too well with Flavio stating after their break-up: ‘She’s great but better as a friend than a girlfriend.’
Naomi later told Marie Claire: ‘I’m not going to be a trophy. If you expect me to be in the kitchen cooking breakfast in high heels, looking as though I just stepped out of a fashion magazine, it’s not going to happen.’
P Diddy (2002)
Rumours swirled that P Diddy enjoyed a brief fling with the model but the pair are now best friends and consider each other more like brother and sister.

Naomi was said to have dated the oil heir for 10 months. In 2006, Jafar reportedly hired out eight floors of the Burj al Arab hotel in Dubai to celebrate her 35th party – a bash which allegedly cost him £1 million. Probably pocket change for a man worth an estimated £2 billion.
Gerard Butler (2007)
The model is said to have dated the Scottish actor after they were seen hanging out together on multiple occasions.
Marcus Elias (2008)
A whirlwind romance for Naomi, who was rumoured to have been engaged to the Brazilian equity magnate but they clearly never made it down the aisle.
Vladislav Doronin (2008-2013)
Perhaps Naomi’s longest relationship known of publicly, the supermodel dated Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin for five years. The couple seemed to be particularly smitten with one another, often seen frolicking on exotic beach holidays but it just wasn’t to be.
Louis C Camilleri (2017)
Naomi was rumoured to be dating the tobacco boss, an Egyptian multi-millionaire who is aged 64.
Hassan Jameel (2017)
Ooh, the drama. The catwalk queen briefly dated Rihanna’s current boyfriend Hassan Jameel but it reportedly fizzled out before it even began. The pair were seen on a date at the BST Hyde Park festival, whispering in each other’s ears and giggling but it didn’t last and he soon found love with RiRi.
Skepta (2018)
Rumours went wild that Naomi was dating Skepta when they appeared on the cover of GQ magazine dressed in their underwear.

Liam Payne (2019)
She reportedly had a whirlwind romance with the One Direction star two years ago, however they amicably split after four months.
A rep for Naomi declined to comment when contacted by Metro.co.uk.
