Primark is selling summer sandals that are dupes of designer versions and freezing Brits are baffled
MANY Brits have been trying to keep warm with the recent chilly weather, from stocking up on fleecy items to buying electric blankets and hot water bottles.
But one Primark shopper was left shocked after seeing summer items already being sold in their stores.

The fashion lover uploaded a video of Primark’s “summer” range, which included £7 sandals.
On their @hightstreetfinds account, the baffled shopper wrote: “New in Primark Summer 2024.”
In the clip, they showed how Primark is selling woven strap brown mules in their local shop in a range of colours.
These include sandals in brown, denim, black and white.
And at £7 they certainly are a steal, as they look to be a dupe of a £610 Hermes designer pair.
While the shoes seemed to have impressed some Primark shoppers, and has racked up over 40,000 likes, others weren’t too sure.
One video viewer wrote: “We won’t have money for sandals as we will still be paying for January’s heating in August.”
Another added: “It’s January.”
A third commented: “Are we skipping Spring now completely?”
And one person pointed out: “SUMMER!!! We have a yellow weather warning for snow here absolutely not thinking about sandals.”
The initial shopper replied to the comments, saying: “marketing skills @Primark the early better I guess #primark.”
Primark super fans pointed out that the shop had sold similar sandals last year, but the woman claimed they are now “thicker” and “in different colours.”

In the clip, which has racked up 73,000 likes, they first showed a £12 red corset-style bra with heart detailing.
For those who don’t love a boned bodice, the pretty bra also comes in a normal shape too.
The shop is also selling matching lace knickers to really impress your significant other.
There is also a sheer, pink bra – again, adorned with a heart design – and matching pants, for a bargain £7 for the set.
They also have pretty pink sets and £15 heart-themed pyjamas.
If you prefer wearing nighties, Primark is also selling £12 lace dresses and £12 babydoll sleepwear too.
