A comedian has shared a truly horrifying story of experiencing explosive diarrhoea while visiting one of the world’s best-known landmarks.
American comic Ari Shaffir, 50, shared the grim story when appearing on Australian current affairs show The Project, understandably leaving the hosts taken aback.
Recalling the shocking incident, he jumped right in and didn’t flinch when explaining what happened after being asked if he’d visited the landmark while visiting.
‘I crapped my pants on the Sydney Harbour Bridge,’ he said after sharing how he’d undertaken the city’s famous bridge climb.
‘I was like 20 minutes in when I got my first diarrhoea pain.
‘They strap you in, you can’t turn around. There were people behind me. I had to cross my legs a few times for a strain, we’ve all been there!’

A horrified Waleed Aly, 45, jumped in to clarify that he had never experienced the same, especially not on a landmark.
‘It was so beautiful. Painful and beautiful and I was going okay until there was a ladder and I had to bend my knees. There was a horrible sound and the face of a foreigner in shame,’ Ari continued.
‘My pants filled; it was really terrible.’

Co-host Sarah Harris, 42, was stunned by the stomach-churning admission and screamed out: ‘No, you did not!’
Meanwhile Nick Cody and Georgie Tunny, 32, were seen covering their mouths in disgust.
This isn’t the first-time wild stories have been shared on the Australian show, with the hosts even making wild admissions at times.
Last year Sarah admitted to sucking snot out of her son’s nose, an action that left her co-hosts squealing.

‘I have done some gross things as a mum as well,’ she began.
‘You know, if your baby has like a runny nose and the consistency is kind of like a leech.’
She continued: ‘I sucked the snot out of it, all right!’
For those on the panel who clearly didn’t see the end of her story coming at all, Sam Taunton asked if doing something like this was ‘normal’ as a parent, to which she claimed it was.
The Project airs on Channel 10 in Australia.
