Nicola Peltz’s grandmother Bunny has died aged 95.

Bunny was Nicola’s maid of honour at her wedding to Brooklyn Beckham in April 2022.

Bradley Peltz, Nicola’s brother, took to social media with the news, calling Bunny one of his ‘favourite souls’ who would always ‘brighten your day’.

Sharing a picture of him with Bunny, Bradley wrote: ‘Today, we lost my angel on earth.

‘She was not only the happiest but one of my favourite souls I ever came across. She was the light that would brighten your day.

‘Her heart was so big that you could feel it when she smiled, and in turn make you smile. May her soul rest in peace and in paradise in heaven. I love you Bunny.’

David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest child Brooklyn, 25, liked the post and Nicola, 29, is yet to speak out, but posted a loving message for Bunny just two weeks ago.

On Instagram, Nicola shared two pictures of them together and wrote how being with Bunny was ‘literally magic’ as she explained how precious their time together was.

‘Being with you is literally magic I love being by your side,’ she began. ‘Thank you for choosing me to be your granddaughter I more than love you naunni.

‘Our time together is so precious to me. Thank you for teaching me how to love others so deeply and fiercely.

‘There isn’t a moment next to you I take for granted. Your laugh is the best sound in the world and I want to hear it for the rest of my life.’

Football legend – and Nicola’s father-in-law – David commented on this post at the time, writing: ‘he most beautiful smile ❤️ give her a kiss from us x.’

Gearing up for their wedding, Nicola announced Bunny would be her maid of honour in a sweet Instagram post.

‘My Naunni is my maid of honour,’ she wrote, alongside a picture of her grandmother sitting down in a chair, smelling a rose.

Fans also caught a glimpse of a screengrab showing a text from Nicola’s brother Will Peltz, which read: ‘Was w Bunny today n she kept saying how happy n honoured she is to be moh.’

Nicola’s older brother – ice hockey player Brad – was also the man of honour at the lavish bash.

The day – held at Palm Beach in Florida – is estimated to have cost around $3million (£2.3million).
