Bridgerton season 3 part 2 began with a jaw-dropping sex scene that fans have been waiting for.

Finally, in episode five of Bridgerton, Colin and Penelope get down and dirty in a sex scene that fans of the Regency drama have been desperate to see.

After becoming engaged, Colin (Luke Newton) showed Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) to the home that would soon become their own and the pair reflected on their feelings for one another.

After Colin told Pen he loved her, the pair were somewhat overcome as they gazed into a mirror while Colin caressed his soon-to-be bride and praised her beauty and intelligence.

Things quickly got steamy as Penelope was stripped nude and the pair gazed at her naked body in the reflection. He then very gently took her virginity, all the while communicating with her and guiding her through her first time.

Fans adored this intimate moment that lasted from around six minutes start to finish and praised the TV show for making ‘best sex scene ever.’

Many were also quick to agree that the actress wasn’t lying when she joked about having ‘perfect breasts’ during the press tour as the actress spoke about going fully nude for the season three sex scenes.
