Seriously spooky.

Normally, it’s The Simpsons getting it right, having predicted shocking real life events over the years from Donald Trump being elected as the President of America, Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl, and even the Coronavirus pandemic.
More recently, the writers of the beloved cartoon dropped hints about The Titanic submersible tragedy, and even the Willy Wonka experience fiasco.
But now, it seems the tables have turned, and one chilling piece of evidence from Ancient Egypt looks to have predicted The Simpsons.
And we’re not talking about a plotline, but actually a whole character.
In an image posted on Reddit, appearing to show the upper lid coffin in a newly discovered Egyptian cemetery, the figure portrayed on the front looks exactly like Marge Simpson.
From the blue hair in a tall beehive style to her lime-green sleeveless dress, the resemblance is truly uncanny.
And fans are convinced, with many baffled over the ancient Egyptians predicting the 20th century character.

The coffin is said to have dated back more than 3,000 years and according to the post, is from the New Kingdom, 20th Dynasty, which would have been around 1189-1077 BC.
‘Egypt predicted Simpsons,’ @KenseiHimura wrote on Reddit, to which @Moonhunter7 replied: ‘Or did The Simpsons predict the Egyptians????’
‘Or are The Simpsons actually The Egyptians,’ @OK_Broccoli1144 threw into the mix.
‘Oh my f**king god its Marge Simpson…’ @Whole-Branch-7050 commented.
‘Tell me that’s not Marge Simpson,’ @Brodiecon added.

The tomb was uncovered in October last year in Minya, in Middle Egypt, according to MailOnline, and experts are said to believe that it depicts the woman buried in the coffin as she traveled to the afterlife.
It is said to contain the mummified remains of Tadi 1st, the daughter of a high priest of the town near to where she was buried.
The drawing sees a depiction of her surrounded by a dozen high priestesses that are thought to represent the 12 hours of the day, according to the publication.
The mummy inside was reported to be found in an excellent condition, wearing a beaded dress and a mask.
