WWE fans were stunned on Monday Night Raw as Bronson Reed left Seth Rollins seemingly coughing up blood in the middle of the ring.

The colossal star – who became a dad for the first time earlier this year – made an impact in a big way this week as he took out the former world champion and drove him into the mat with six huge Tsunamis from the top rope as officials tried to hold him back.

The live crowd were delighted by the brutal beatdown, with some fans even chanting ‘one more time’, with others watching at home couldn’t believe the intense violence on display as the new storyline feud kicked off.

‘This Seth Rollins s**t has me so uncomfortable,’ admitted one viewer, while a second concerned fan tweeted: ‘Ummm seth’s bleeding from the mouth is he okay 😭 #WWERaw’

‘Bronson just committed murder,’ wrote a third person, as someone else praised WWE’s commitment to the bit, adding: ‘Holy hell that was terrifying.. insane way to build new monster.’

And yet another person said: ‘Damn, Bronson must have developed or had been harboring an intense hatred for Seth Rollins. That was attempted murder. #WWERaw’

It’s undoubtedly the most dangerous Reed has looked since arriving on Raw, and he looks set to be launched into a prominent spot at the expense of the Visionary.

Rollins was in the ring as part of a confrontation with CM Punk and Drew McIntyre, but the latter two continued their rivalry, while the Monday Night Messiah has his own direction.

WWE boss Triple H, real name Paul Levesque, heaped praise on Reed for making the most of his moment in the spotlight, as he tweeted: ‘If you’re going to make an impression… make it last forever.’

Meanwhile, Reed – who warned general manager Adam Pearce that something big was coming – later insisted he is ‘not here to play around’ now that he’s finally been ‘unleashed’.

He said on Raw Talk after the show: ‘I’ve been telling the whole world I’m one of the best in this business week after week, and it’s falling onto deaf ears. So tonight, I did what I had to do.

‘I crushed one of WWE’s golden boys. I hit Tsunami after Tsunami after Tsunami after Tsunami on Seth Rollins, to show you all I’m not here to play around. The killer is unleashed, and Bronson Reed is at the very top of this business.’

This could pave the way for a match at Bad Blood in October, giving the former North American Champion plenty of time to tear through the Raw roster en route to a showdown with Rollins.

Elsewhere on Raw, the main event saw the Wyatt Sicks make its in-ring debut as members Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan and Joe Gacy scored a win over Chad Gable and the Creed Brothers.

The latter trio, now known as American Made, fought hard but were no match for the sinister faction, who paid tribute to late Wyatt Family members Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper in a dominating victory.

With Uncle Howdy and Sister Abigail by their side, the group looks set to run roughshod over Raw over the summer and beyond.

WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on TNT Sports 1.
