Sir Michael Caine has revealed his thoughts regarding the riots in the UK, and fans love his simple but effective words.
Riots began in Southport last week after three young girls were stabbed to death at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class.
The horrifying wave of far-right violence quickly spread across the country, shaking several communities across the UK.
The violence, civil unrest, and destruction has led to many celebrities speaking out.
The Dark Knight actor, 91, took to X to share a two-word sentiment which seemed to address the disorder.
‘Calm down,’ the actor wrote simply.
Although that actor didn’t elaborate on this message, fans understood that he was referring to the violence that has been taking place across the country.

The message gained 25,000 likes in five hours and many were delighted that the actor was speaking out, with some labelling the ‘best advice’ they’d heard in a long time.
‘Sure, Alfred,’ Adhepur commented.
‘Best advice I’ve seen on here for some time,’ PursuitOfTruthB replied to the actor.
‘OK, stop the riots. Michael Caine has spoken,’ said MediocreMgmt.
The actor isn’t alone in speaking out against the violence. Paloma Faith condemned the riots in a post on social media. ‘I am proud of a Britain which is diverse, integrated and accepting of all cultures.
‘We cannot scapegoat minorities for this country’s problems when in my experience all they have done is contribute to the rich, diverse culture I grew up in that has shaped the best parts of me and the people I love and adore,’ she said in a post on Instagram.
Narinder Kaur, a Big Brother legend, also spoke out to reveal she is ‘too scared’ to let kids leave the house during the UK riots.

Sir Michael announced his retirement in an announcement in October 2023 after seven decades in the business.
It is thought that he is coming out of retirement for a Netflix series that has yet to be announced.
While he may be retiring from acting he has continued to use his platform to speak about social issues, tweeting earlier this year about child poverty and that: ‘Too many kids in UK are living in poverty’ and ‘Kids should never die of starvation.’
