Liam Gallagher has addressed the controversy around Oasis ticket prices with his trademark bluntness.

The Wonderwall Britpop legend, 51, and his brother Noel Gallagher, 57, have finally ended their sibling rivalry and will hit the road next year for a reunion tour 16 years after their last show together.

However, tickets sold out for the 2025 stadium tour, with fans lamenting over endless queuing and controversial dynamic pricing, while Sir Keir Starmer even promised to investigate the inflated prices.

The backlash doesn’t seem to be stopping Liam, who tweeted on Friday morning: ‘OASIS are back your welcome and I hear there ATTITUDE STICKS good to know something’s never change LF**KING x (sic)’

One fan on X took their chance to give the She’s Electric singer a piece of their mind, saying: ‘Didn’t expect them to rip the fans off as much as they have done. It’s genuinely a shame.’

Rather than be coaxed into an apology, Liam simply replied: ‘SHUTUP (sic)’

Some might say that was a bit far, but he has clearly been having fun with people in his replies, including one chancer who asked if he had ‘any spare tickets’.

The Live Forever star quipped: ‘St loads but there really expensive 100 thousand pounds Kneeling only (sic)’

He didn’t stop there, and even his and Noel’s mum Peggy was brought into the conversation after a fan wondered how she feels about the end of their sibling rivalry

‘She gutted she couldn’t get a ticket,’ he teased, and when another fan suggested she should be in line for a freebie, he added: ‘Free don’t be silly. (sic)’

It seems Liam is in great spirits which haven’t been dampened by the controversy surrounding the tickets, as he took the chance to deliver a ‘told you so’ to any of the doubters.

Asked how he’s feeling, he said: ‘SMUG only kidding SMUG AS F**K I told you all we were gonna get back together 1 fine day (sic)’

Oasis have already responded publicly to the disappointment, announcing two more Wembley Stadium shows ‘due to phenomenal demand’.

They wrote on X: ‘Tickets will be sold by a staggered, invitation-only ballot process. Applications to join the ballot will be opened first to the many UK fans who were unsuccessful in the initial on sale with Ticketmaster.’

Millions of Brits had spent the entirety of Saturday, August 31, frantically attempting to buy tickets to the unexpected reunion.

Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) confirmed they had received 450 individual complaints over ‘misleading claims on availability and pricing.’

Sir Keir Starmer issued a statement on the problem, which gig-goers have been venting about for quite some time, stating it was ‘unfair’ on customers.
