An awkward moment between U2 frontman Bono and disgraced musician Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has gone viral following his arrest.

The I’ll Be Missing You rapper, 54, was arrested in September and later charged amid multiple lawsuits in recent months following abuse and sexual assault allegations spanning decades.

Numerous interactions between Diddy and other stars have resurfaced in recent weeks, including a horrifying moment between the musician and Bono during the Golden Globes in 2014.

Footage from the ceremony shows Diddy heading onstage to present the best original song award.

The accolade was won by U2 for their song Ordinary Love which was featured in the 2013 film Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.

Bono and his bandmates The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr took to the stage to accept the award, with Diddy turning to kiss the vocalist on the cheek.

However, at the last moment, Bono appears to pull away and turns to the microphone ready to give his acceptance speech.

It comes as it was revealed in a shocking press conference that more than 100 people are suing the rapper for sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation.

Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based attorney, revealed that they have set up a phone line for alleged victims of Diddy to come forward, as over 3,000 people have so far.

Twenty-five of the alleged victims he is representing were minors, he continued, including children as young as nine years old.

The allegations are from 1991 to this year and took place in Los Angeles, New York and Miami. Buzbee elaborated that most of the alleged incidents occurred after 2015.

‘We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates’ Buzbee said in a statement.

‘The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world. The wall of silence has now been broken.’

Diddy has issued a statement denying the accusations against him, saying: ‘Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

‘Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.’
