Woman alleges Diddy raped her with a remote after Tupac murder claims-Lillie Rohan-Entertainment – Metro

More disturbing allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, have been made in a Los Angeles legal filing by Ashley Parham. 

The woman has accused the disgraced rapper, 54, of violently sexually assaulting her with a remote control after she suggested he had ‘something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur’ during a FaceTime call. 

Shakur died on 13 September 1996, age 25, six days after a gunman shot him four times in the chest at a stoplight in Las Vegas. Former gang leader Duane ‘Keffe’ D Davis was charged with his murder last year.

Parham reportedly made the comment to Combs in February 2018 while a man, who was also named as a defendant in the case, was on a video call with the Grammy winner.

‘She told Mr. Combs she believed he had something to do with Tupac’s murder, so she wasn’t interested or impressed with seeing him. Little did she know that would be the thing to cause her harm later,’ Parham’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, said in the filing. 

The comment allegedly earned a threatening response from the music mogul, and she claims he told her she would ‘pay’ for her comment.

The legal filing, which was filed in northern California and obtained by People magazine, went on to allege that one month later, in March, Parham was at the unnamed man’s house when Combs, Khorram and several other people arrived. 

Parham claims things quickly took a scary turn, and the rapper allegedly held a knife to her face, threatening to cut her. 

Khorram then allegedly told the woman that the pair had the capability of sending her away to somewhere anywhere in the world, ensuring that her family would never see her again. Khorram then allegedly left the apartment. 

What allegedly came next, according to Parham’s attorney, was ‘a very savage gang rape’ in which she claimed she was drugged and assaulted with a remote control. 

The lawsuit claims that ‘while violently raping the woman’ Combs allegedly repeated what Khorram said: ‘The rapper told her “her life was in his hands” and that if he wanted… he could “take her” and she would never be seen again.’

Parham, who is seeking $50 million (£38.4m) in damages, claims in her filing that several concerned neighbours called the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office. However, according to the filing, law enforcement refused to share their police reports on the matter. 

ABC 7 reported: ‘The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office says they received a report on March 23, 2018, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations. However, they determined the claims were unfounded.’ 

Representatives for Combs have declined to comment on this new lawsuit.

The disgraced rapper, who is currently facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, was taken into custody last month with his multiple bail requests being denied.

While there are many disturbing claims relating to the star’s arrest, one came after federal police officers raided both his Miami, Florida and Los Angeles homes in March, with an indictment later stating that ‘more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant’ were found.

It has largely remained a mystery as to what the bottles of product were used for, but a recent legal filing has made claims about their purpose.

The paperwork reportedly said that ‘Combs is a menace to society, women and children,’ and alleged that the rapper doused his victims in ‘lotions or similar body oils… laced with GHB’.

The filing claimed that ‘the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to assault him or her.’

GHB, known as Gamma hydroxybutyrate, is a common date rape drug, and when taken, it can make a person feel overly relaxed and drowsy. It can also cause amnesia while under the influence of the drug.

Combs, who is being represented by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, has denied the allegations against him.

In a statement shared with Metro yesterday, his attorneys said: ‘The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.

‘Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process. 

‘In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.’

Combs’ trial has reportedly been scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
