Former 80s action hero Bruce Willis has been spotted taking a trip around Los Angeles this week.
The Die Hard star, 69, was pictured in a car with his bodyguards as they cruised around the city on a sunny October day.
The actor retired from acting in 2022 after being diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
As his condition became public, the Sixth Sense star stepped back from the spotlight, with ex-Demi Moore and current wife Emma Heming Willis providing regular updates on his health.
The actor has been seen around Los Angeles in recent months, usually relaxing in the passenger seat as bodyguards drive him about town.

Ex-wife Demi, 61, previously provided an update on how Bruce is doing. ‘The disease is what the disease is. And I think you have to be in real deep acceptance of what that is,’ Demi said at a festival event, reports People.
‘But for where he’s at, he is stable. What I always encourage is to just meet them where they’re at. When you’re holding on to what was, I think it’s a losing game. But when you show up to meet them where they’re at, there is great beauty and sweetness.’
Bruce and Demi share three children together from their marriage, which lasted from 1987 to 2000.
In addition to their daughters Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Talullah, 30, Bruce has two other daughters with his current wife Emma – Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.
Rumer recently said her father was ‘doing really well’ while chatting to E! News. ‘I’ve seen him like the other the other day, right before I left and we got to all go over, and it was so wonderful,’ she shared.

Earlier this year, Rumer shared sweet footage of Bruce bonding with granddaughter Louetta.
In the footage, Bruce proudly cuddled the one-year-old on Mother’s Day.
‘Oh my girl. Being your mama is the greatest hurt in the whole entire world. You are my everything. Becoming a mother has been the portal I always knew it was and yet so much more than I ever imagined,’ Rumer said, in the lengthy caption.
‘Growing you in my belly and watching you grow this last year has been the privilege of my life my tiny tender, strong, hilarious, fiery, wild child you and the sweetest most loving being I have ever known.’

Rumer continued: ‘It is such a gift to be loved by you and I know I’m not the only one who feels it. Everyone who meets you if complete taken with you and can’t believe how magic you are. I know there can be moments that are challenging but somehow with you they never too hard.
‘I’m never to tired hold you or kiss you or comfort you. You will always be my baby. And what a joy it’s been already to see you grow.’
This tender moment came after Emma hit out at claims the actor’s life had become ‘joyless’ since his dementia diagnosis.

‘It’s Sunday morning and I’m triggered. I just got clickbaited. I’m just scrolling, minding my own business, and just saw a headline – and got clickbaited – that had to do with my own family,’ she said in an Instagram post.
‘The headline basically there is no more joy in my husband. Now I can just tell you that is far from the truth. I need society, and whoever is writing these stupid headlines, to stop scaring people.’
She continued: ‘[People will think] once they get a diagnosis of some kind of neuro-cognitive disease that that’s it, it’s over. Let’s pack it up. Nothing else to see here. We’re done. No, it is the complete opposite.’
