Every PS5 Pro enhanced game at launch from Spider-Man 2 to Stellar Blade-Kenneth Andersen-Entertainment – Metro
There are lots of games that get a boost on the PS5 Pro (Sony Interactive Entertainment)
With the release of the PS5 Pro close, we look at all the games that will get a performance boost and how to upcoming console is better than its predecessor.
Sony has been very busy shipping new hardware lately, including its 30th anniversary PS1-inspired consoles – which sold out immediately, with scalpers posting them on eBay for a staggering £8,000.
There’s also the mid-generation upgrade the PS5 Pro, which is about to be released and comes with quite a few performance upgrades compared to the original PlayStation 5 from 2020.
In total, there are 34 video games so far that will reap the benefits of the upcoming console, including the latest Spider-Man titles and the excellent Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
All enhanced games for the PS5 Pro so far
The PS5 Pro comes with more advanced ray-tracing and AI-driven upscaling, that will make existing games look and run smoother.
There’s also the Pro Game Boost, which should improve performance for 8,500 backward compatible PlayStation 4 games on the PS5 Pro.
In a statement during the reveal, Sony claimed this will result in the ‘most visually impressive way to play games on PlayStation’.
There are lots of titles that will benefit from the PS5 Pro’s upgraded performance features, called enhanced games, with the majority at launch being either first party or very recent third party games.

When is the PS5 Pro out and where to buy it?
The PS5 Pro comes out November 7 but unlike the original PlayStation 5 the new console is digital-only, which means you have to buy a separate disc drive to play physical games on it.
It costs £699.99 in the UK, which very much caught fans by surprise during the unveiling back in September.
If the price tag doesn’t scare you, the PS5 Pro will be available at the usual retailers, like the PlayStation Store, Argos, Very, Amazon, GAME, John Lewis, Currys, and the EE Store.
Stock doesn’t seem to be an issue at the moment, as the new console is still available for pre-orders.
