Kanye West has reportedly been sued by a former employee for antisemitism and lewd conduct with Bianca Censori.
The 47-year-old rapper – who has legally changed his name to Ye – is facing fresh allegations from former project manager Murphy Aficionado over an intense exchange at a Beverly Hills hotel in November 2022, one month after he was hired.
As reported by TMZ, he is suing over discrimination, a hostile work environment, retaliation, not paying wages, and wrongful termination.
According to the outlet, he lawsuit alleges that Aficionado – who was fired in 2023 – was summoned to the room only to find Ye ‘shirtless and out of breath’ with his pants undone.
It’s claimed then-girlfriend Bianca had no top on with her hands covering her breasts, with the former employee alleging it was obvious they had just had sex.
The lawsuit says Ye called Candace Owens’ former lawyer a ‘Jewish spy’, before running towards the room where Bianca was.

‘Wait right here. Do NOT leave,’ he allegedly told Aficionado, who then heard ‘loud moaning and clapping’ with the couple seemingly having sex.
‘Disturbed, Aficionado wanted nothing more than to leave,’ the lawsuit alleges, according to Rolling Stone. ‘However, Aficionado feared further retaliation by one of the most famous, powerful, and erratic artists in the world.’
He waited, and claimed that 10 minutes later, his boss reappeared wearing a T-shirt featuring a swastika, asking: ‘Don’t you like my shirt?’
It’s alleged he then sat down next to Aficionado, and showed him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

The lawsuit reportedly states: ‘Ye’s antisemitic tirades and conspiracies were a daily occurrence.
‘Often, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye recounted how Jews were going after him and his money.’
The Yeezy chief allegedly added: ‘The Jews convinced Kim [Kardashian]. She has Jewish masters.’
The former employee also alleged that he was called to another hotel room meeting later that same week.

When he arrived, Ye and a top NFL player were there in just towels as they prepared for massages, with both men allegedly having sex with a masseuse.
Aficionado was allegedly made to sit and wait with more ‘clapping and moaning from that room’ before Ye swapped with the NFL star, followed by more X-rated sounds.
Last week, the Bound 2 rapper failed to appear at a lawsuit deposition in Los Angeles over separate claims of racial discrimination against a former staffer, it has been reported.

Former security guard Benjamin Deshon Provo, who worked for him at both the Donda Academy school and at a warehouse used as storage for Yeezy clothing, has sued Ye.
The former employee alleged the controversial star subjected Black employees to ‘less favourable treatment than their White counterparts.’
Documents obtained by People alleged Ye ‘frequently screamed at and berated Black employees’ and fired Benjamin for refusing to cut his dreadlocks.
In response, Ye claimed his actions were ‘justified’ and he previously tried to have the case dismissed.
