Kelsey Grammer hasn’t let an injured foot dampen his spirits while on a low-key trip to London.

The 69-year-old has been booked up and busy in recent months, thanks to his efforts in the Frasier revival on Paramount+.

Following the finale, he headed for a much-needed break in the UK, but appears to have sustained an injury during his travels.

In new pictures, he was seen making his way into a hotel with his left foot wrapped in a cast and black boot, resting on a KneeRover mobility scooter.

Despite the drop in temperatures in the capital, he was dressed casually for the outing, opting for grey shorts and a white shirt, paired with a dark jumper.

He completed the outfit with a patterned grey baseball cap and a blue trainer on his right foot.

Although he was struggling with an injury, Kelsey was all smiles as he wheeled himself into a hotel.

It is not clear how the Cheers icon sustained the injury, or how long his foot will be bandaged up for.

The star has had a busy few months after returning for the second season of his Frasier revival, alongside Jack Cutmore-Scott, Nicholas Lyndhurst, Toks Olagundoye, Anders Keith and Jess Salgueiro.

We were first introduced to the stuffy radio psychiatrist in sitcom Cheers, before he landed his very own spin-off beside David Hyde Pierce, John Mahoney, Jane Leeves and Peri Gilpin.

The original Frasier ran for 11 seasons between 1993 and 2004, with Kelsey leading a reboot last year with an all-new cast – as well as some familiar faces making cameos.

Bebe Neuwirth and Peri have briefly reprised their roles, while Harriet Sansom Harris, Edward Hibbert and Dan Butler also popped up.

While we’re all waiting for any word on a possible third season, the Simpsons legend spoke to Metro about the other stars he would love to return.

In fact, he already has a plot in mind for Brian Klugman, who played the son of Jean Smart’s Lana Gardner.

‘There’s a great character, Jean Smart’s kid Kirby – the red-haired, curly-haired kid,’ he told us. ‘He and I have stayed great, great friends, actually.

‘I was talking to him just the other day, and I said, “I’m trying to cook up a way to get you on the show”.

‘People really remember him. It would be really fun to see him make an appearance, and to see that he’s really succeeded somehow. Something’s really taken off, and it’s all connected to his past and his old girlfriend and a wine cellar.

‘It’s a classic Frasier set up. I think that might get some legs, and we might do a show about it. There’s a lot of stuff that could happen.’
