America’s Got Talent star and comedian Kabir Singh dead at 39-Ruth Lawes-Entertainment – Metro

America’s Got Talent star and stand-up comedian Kabir Singh has died aged 39.

Singh reached the semifinals of the reality competition series in 2021 with his comedy routines.

He died on Wednesday his fiancée confirmed to People.

TMZ reports that officers believe Singh died from natural causes and are awaiting toxicology results to determine the cause of death.

The publication said he was in the San Francisco Bay area at the time of his death.

Singh’s fans have been paying tribute to him on his Instagram page with @raymun17 writing: ‘I can’t believe what I’m hearing. You are and will always be a fremont legend. RIP and praying for your family.’

Paying tribute on Facebook, Cory Chad said: ‘Some sad news to share. Our comedy brother Kabir Singh passed away in his sleep.

‘We’ve known him for many years and toured the country together many times.

‘His appearance on AGT was stellar and was something we all were very proud of for him. He was good man on and off stage.’

Prior to America’s Got Talent, Singh appeared on TV shows including Comedy Central’s Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution

In 2016, he also voice acted a character in Family Guy.

More recently, Singh had been gigging around the US, including dates at the Deaf Puppy Comedy Club in California.
