I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here is crowning its next King or Queen of the Jungle tonight, with past winner Scarlett Moffatt issuing an emotional warning for them.

Coleen Rooney, 38, Reverend Richard Coles, 62, and Danny Jones, 38, are taking centre stage during tonight’s episode of the hit ITV show battling it out for the crown in what will no doubt be a tense match.

While the ending of the season will likely be a relief for the contestants who have gone without a proper shower and life’s pleasantries for four weeks, Scarlett, 34, who won the series in 2016, has shared that for the winner, it might not be as great as they think.

Warning the yet to be announced winner that they should make sure they have a ‘good support network around them’ she said things can get tough during life in the spotlight.

Speaking to The Mirror, she explained: ‘I was just on Gogglebox, not many people would come up to me on the street or anything like that, but then when you come out of a show like I’m A Celeb, all of a sudden everyone’s interested in what you’re doing.’

‘I would say to people just make sure they’ve got a good support network around them,’ she warned.

‘I did the opposite and left everyone and went on my own (to move to London), so I think that really affected me. If I wasn’t at work, filming, or doing something, I was just in my flat alone, and it felt very overwhelming.’

Further elaborating on her comments, she said the winner’s bubble ‘doesn’t last long’ and advised they ‘take days off and enjoy the experience’ to really make the most of the experience.

Her comments follow last night’s episode, which saw Danny, in particular, have a difficult 24 hours after he had to complete a secret mission with the Wagatha Christie master herself, Coleen.

The celebs were also forced to face the elements in the iconic Celebrity Cyclone Challenge, resulting in the shock elimination of Oti Mabuse.

Presenters Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly revealed Oti as the fourth-placed contestant in this year’s competition meaning she missed out on a chance to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

The 34-year-old professional dancer’s fans were quick to express their devastation as Oti left camp for the last time.

On X, @ReturnoftheOlly said, ‘Oti has been robbed. No two ways about it. Gutted!’ While @ItsAmyXO commented: ‘Ahhh gutted for Oti, it should have been Rev or Danny. i also kinda have a feeling she would have gone yesterday if she didn’t have immunity.’

Giving further support to Oti was @Courtdegnan who said: ‘Oti was such an underdog, I was expecting her to be quiet, boring and one of the first to leave but she was so much better then I expected. Gutted for her, but all 4 of them are worthy winners.’

Reflecting on her time in the competition, Oti told viewers: ‘I’m happy… I expected to be nervous the whole time, but when you’re in there, my goal was just to focus and get the job done. It was so important that we got to eat.’

She continued: ‘I enjoyed everything. The conversations, getting to know these people, getting personal, getting to open up. You come out as a stronger, different person.

‘We cried a lot. It never stopped. I didn’t know I was a crier but now I know. I will never get to do this experience again. It was to unique. From the moment I jumped out that helicopter – I’ve been so grateful.’

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! concludes tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
